Movement

I have always been an active person. I played all the sports and had a gym membership by the age of twelve so I guess becoming a personal trainer was inevitable.

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a woman step into her physical strength. It blows my mind to think that so many people live a life not knowing what they are capable of and how good they can feel.

They believe their lack of energy, bloating, low libido and poor sleep is normal. This is because they have not experienced what it feels like to lead an active life.

Over the last ten years, I have helped women lose up to fifty kilos, step up on stage and compete as a fitness model, helped reduce or eliminate their depression medication and helped them reconnect with their partners on a level they didn’t think was possible.

And it all started with the decision to nurture themselves through movement.

In this Mini Wellness Course, we are going to delve into –

  • How to Move Often – Creating and maintaining BAM’s (Bare-ass minimums) and how to spend more time moving.
  • How to Move Well – Normalising biofeedback, know why your moving and enjoy moving.
