It’s Time To Call Yourself Out

It’s time to call yourself out.

On the bullshit stories you keep telling yourself that keep you in the safe little bubble.

I don’t have enough time..

I can’t afford it..

I don’t deserve it..

ESPECIALLY the stories that start with one day…

One day I will fit into that dress

One day I will be strong enough to lift that

One day I will be confident enough to wear a bikini

One day I will be able to keep up with the kids and still have energy left over for the hubby!

One day I will look in the mirror and love the woman I see

I have a suggestion?

Lets erase the ‘one day’ and make them into an powerful affirmation!

One day I will fit into that dress

One day I will be strong enough to lift that

One day I will be confident enough to wear a bikini

One day I will be able to keep up with the kids and still have energy left over for the hubby!

One day I will look in the mirror and love the woman I see

Feel the energy shift?

‘One day’ is code for never. It tricks us into believing that we will take action.

“Saying ‘one day’ relieves anxiety and shields us from the possibility of failing”

Saying ‘one day’ relieves anxiety and shields us from the possibility of failing.

But you know what it also does?

Stops us from living our life. From achieving all that we desire.

IT DELAYS HAPPINESS.

When I asked a few women from StrengthCity and a few of my current Nutrition & Lifestyle clients why they didn’t start sooner, this is what they said..

“I was worried that I would be judged”

“I felt guilty for spending money on myself”

“I had mum guilt”

“I was worried that I would have to change everything and miss out”

And that one that hit me the most…

“I knew when I reached out that I was going to be held accountable and that scared me”

I am here to tell you (easier said than done), that YOU NEED TO DO THE THING/S THAT SCARE YOU.

Was I scared when I packed up all my belongings and moved 13 hours away from my family to start a business?

Was I scared to step up on stage in front of a massive crowd in nothing but a bikini?

Was I scared to step onto the platform and lift my max weight in front of a massive crowd?

Was I scared to spill my heart and soul out into a book for millions to read?

YES!

But look at where all those ‘scary’ things have got me?

There comes a point where you say to yourself, no more.

ONE LIFE.

It is too damn short to drown in a sea of lost hopes and dreams.

And I can be the one that pulls you from the sea.

To shine a torch in places that have been dark for too long.

To tell you that you DESERVE it.

And that you are allowed to want it all.

You CAN have it all.

I am launching a new platform for my Nutrition & Lifestyle Clients that will take things to another level. I have also streamlined the membership options to allow more accessibility. Click below to check it out.
